“I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?”
Happy Easter! God bless you all.

We adore you, O Christ, and we bless you,
because by your holy cross you have redeemed the world.
If we have died with him, we shall also live with him;
if we endure, we shall also reign with him.
We adore you, O Christ, and we bless you,
because by your holy cross you have redeemed the world.
~ Good Friday Anthem 2, from The Book of Common Prayer
Thanks to the men over at Social Matter eZine for linking a couple of my posts in their round-up: This Week in Reaction.
Much more important than my posts is an article they linked by W.M. Brigg, “Lee Strobel Asks, ‘Are Miracles Real and Still Happening?’“. Read it, and don’t miss the YouTube clip of a pastor named Duane Miller as he recovers his voice in the twinkling of an eye. I have never heard of Miller before. I pray he uses his blessing for good and God’s Kingdom.
Go read it, and then come back. I got all day, man.
So there is another story about a woman in the Mayo Clinic who was healed in a flash. The article is about the miracles themselves, but it contains a witness that I love to hear:
Strobel showed a video clip of Snyder. She said she was lying in hospice when “all of a sudden I heard a booming loud authoritative voice, ‘My child, get up and walk!’”
When God spoke to her she really heard it; like she would hear any other voice. It boomed. She didn’t have a feeling. She didn’t interpret her own musings as God speaking to her. She heard a voice. Then God’s majesty and power was witnessed by others.
Anything else is a con or delusion.
16 In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; 17 and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, 18 praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints
Moose Norseman has an idea for a website focused on meeting material needs in the cause of Christian charity and fellowship. I think it’s a great idea. It has the potential to give organizational focus to local churches and individual Christians who either don’t know how to start, or don’t have the resources themselves.
It’s an ambitious idea, but being small it can be nimble and adapt. Ultimately he can choose to split off missions, redirect efforts, or whatever needs to be done.
Also: Moose himself is generous and bold while remaining humble. So check it out, and follow the progress.
Such ventures will win more Christians–and more ground for Christians–than 100 successful wars against 100 Bad Guy armies because the number of Bad Guy armies are Legion. Our mission is to build the Body of Christ through the Gospel of Christ resurrected, baptism, discipleship, and loving one another. That will very often mean defense of one another; perhaps even physically. Our offensive is the word of God; which is Christ.
EDIT: Updated link to Moose’s new website.

I found this on Drudge; which is awesome. Thank you, Matt Drudge!
However; there is no reason for Megyn Kelly’s timeslot change to trump this story as the most important story. The implications of a verified supernatural occurrence with multiple witnesses cannot be overstated.
